the colour has excellent depth and is very dark red with hints of crimson and mahogany. The wonderful varietal aroma immediately noticeable while the blend of Coonawarra & McLaren Vale brings out the best in this Cabernet showing leafy mint, violets, leather, black olive, cedar and menthol with toasty vanilla . The palate is opening up but still shows freshness and is tight with firm tannins with well balanced acid and finishes on a clean fresh fruit.
