Crafted by Kilchoman Distillery, one of Islay’s few farm distilleries, Sanaig Cask Strength represents a more intense, unfiltered expression of their signature style.

Kilchoman is known for its grain-to-glass philosophy, growing some of its own barley and overseeing every step of production. The Sanaig expression is matured primarily in Oloroso sherry casks, giving it a richer, darker profile compared to their bourbon-led styles.

At cask strength, this whisky is bottled without dilution—preserving full flavor, texture, and intensity. The result is a whisky that delivers a layered interplay of peat smoke, dark fruit, spice, and sweetness.
