Brilliant and crystal clear. Scents of fresh marshmallow in the opening pour followed by drier styled aromatics including hints of meringue, potpourri, pine needle and faint citrus. Creamy on entry with pure and vibrant flavours of mineral, meringue and citrus peel featured; gently peppery, tingly finish carries into the drying, meringue / marshmallow aftertaste.
