Belvedere Vodka (700 ml)

When Polmos Żyrardów launched Belvedere into the US market in 1996, no luxury vodka category existed — Grey Goose and Ketel One had yet to follow. The distillery itself dates to 1910, built on the Masovian Plain roughly 50 km southwest of Warsaw by brothers Dawid and Mejer Pines, and its infrastructure underpins every bottle today. 100% Dankowskie Gold rye, sourced under long-term contracts from a small network of 7–10 named Polish farms, is mashed with enzymes, fermented with a proprietary distiller's yeast for approximately 72 hours at 35°C to 6–8% ABV, then first-distilled on-farm before transfer to Żyrardów for three-column rectification. Water is drawn from two dedicated artesian wells — one 41.5 m deep, one 50.5 m deep — filtered through 17 quaternary glacial terraces and an 11-step purification system including reverse osmosis, arriving at hardness zero and pH 7.4. The finished spirit passes through activated charcoal then cellulose particle filtration, rests a minimum of two days in stainless steel, and is bottled at 40% ABV with zero additives, sugar, or glycerin — as mandated by the legally protected Polska Wódka appellation. What distinguishes Belvedere Pure within the super-premium tier is the grain-forward identity that Dankowskie Gold imparts: almond, white pepper, and a velvety mouthfeel that neutral-grain or potato vodkas structurally cannot replicate.
