The distillery sources rice from surrounding agricultural zones and employs traditional pot-still distillation, a method that concentrates aromatic compounds while preserving the delicate grain signature. The "Silver" designation indicates a clear, unaged expression—bottled shortly after distillation to capture the fresh, volatile esters characteristic of young kome shochu. The spirit carries the mineral backbone of Aso's volcanic geology, evident in its clean finish and absence of oxidative aging.
