The main ingredients are rice and “Kogane Sengkang” sweet potato produced in Kagoshima. It has a special uniqueness. The water comes from groundwater from Shibi Mountain. It is more than 146 meters underground aquifer. This results in this Shochu giving you the feel of natural mineral water and fresh aroma of sweet potatoes when drunk.
