Bishamon Fukuume (delicious and sour) is a "Suppa!" umeshu with a refreshing and sharp taste. It is extracted and blended with highly acidic ume extract that is in the middle of ripening. It is characterized by the juicy sourness of ume, but the base is aged umeshu with the richness and umami of fukuume, so it is not only sour but also has a strong umami flavor.
