Crafted by Cocchi, Barolo Chinato is one of Italy’s most iconic digestif wines, rooted in 19th-century Piedmontese tradition.

It begins with Barolo wine (Nebbiolo grape), which is then infused with a blend of botanicals including quinine (china bark), herbs, spices, and sugar. This transforms a powerful red wine into a complex, bittersweet elixir.

Unlike standard vermouth, Barolo Chinato is deeper, richer, and more contemplative—often enjoyed after dinner as a slow, luxurious sip.
