Founded in 1755 in Bordeaux, the Marie Brizard brand of liqueurs has a reputation and a know-how that are unrivalled anywhere in the world. Their buyers and tasters have created a range of the most delicious liqueurs in the world, with a remarkable palette of flavours and colours - apricots from Roussillon, oranges from Haiti, vanilla from Madagascar, chocolate from Africa plus a whole range of other fruits, which are distilled, steeped and infused to create the widest possible range of flavours.

A subtle mixture of Haitian bitter oranges and sweet orange zest from Southern Spain, with the addition of aromatic plants to make the characteristic taste of Marie Brizard Blue Curaçao. Carefully distilled, these ingredients are simply mixed with a food colouring to give it a deep blue colour in cocktails.
