The basis for this product is the classic Hoos Gin. This is infused for two months with the juice and peels of fully ripe grapefruits and fresh lemon balm. A small amount of sugar rounds off the taste. After filtration, the Hoos Pink Grapefruit Gin is raised to an alcohol content of 30.5% by volume.Genuine grapefruit peel, as if you would smell the fruit itself, followed by a strong creamy candy aroma, followed by citrus fruit and juniper. A mild sweetness, clear grapefruit, in addition orange and juniper, some honey. In the finish again the fruity-bitter grapefruit, which stays in the palate for a long time.
