Sauternes Cask Edition Gin (700 ml)

Notes of honey, apricot and butterscotch

We sourced one of Claire’s favourite sweet wines, Sauternes, and aged our Original Edition Rock Rose Gin in casks used during the production of this classic dessert wine.  The gin rested in the barrel for nearly six months to produce this exceptional spirit.

The flavoursome wine complements our original recipe gin and brings with it complex notes of honey, apricot and butterscotch.  The result is a lovely golden coloured spirit packed with flavour and a hint of sweetness.

Our signature bottle artwork has been beautifully redesigned using golden hues to complement the liquid colour.  The bottle is sealed and dressed with a hessian cover before being carefully presented in a gorgeous wrap around box!
