Using botanicals like juniper, olives, thyme, citrus, rosemary and basil illicit fascinating flavour profiles for this Mediterranean gin. The Gin Mare distillery is located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada. They use a premium barley base, through delicate maceration and distillation which is independent for each botanical and use authentic blending which expresses all the characteristics of each botanical in the final product. The citrus is macerated once a year into a neutral spirit with an ABV of 50%. The Giro Ribot family have been making wine and spirits since 1835 and after extensive flavour testing of over 45 botanicals, created the recipe that is now the world-famous Gin Mare.

Nose: Herbal nose with berry fruits. Hints of soapiness and perfume.

Palate: Juniper with bursts of basil, rosemary, and thyme. Just a hint of coriander.

Finish: Zesty, spiced finish.
