The love child/ experimental collaboration effort between the people behind Lamai Thai rums and the uber nerds over at Bootleggers. With their powers combined they have brought forth the idea of a gin that is mainly meant for mixing. Not your typical of gins from the get go but do not fear! The idea was to create a gin that just has the flavors of Thailand itself. Using local ingredients such as the safflower on top of its sugarcane base. With its earthy notes yet sweet taste should be a great base for those who are into or are thinking of taking a try at mixing.
