Echigo Pilsner , from three types of premium malts : Pisner, Carahell and Caraform. Mixed with Czech Zaaz Hops, The original hops of Pilsner, are characterized by fine aroma and pleasant bitter taste, and gives lager beer refined taste and flavor. Brewers have developed the quality of Czech style Pilsner beer gradually for 15 years, now that it becomes a flagship beer in Echigo Brewery. This pilsner won Bronze prize at the Australia International Beer Competition, and Silver prize in the Monde Selection held in Belgium in 2009.
