Each Mini is constructed by a single torcedor using the Tripa Larga, Totalmente a Mano method — long filler assembled and wrapped entirely by hand — with all leaf (wrapper, binder, filler) sourced from the same Vuelta Abajo zone, 100% natural tobacco, zero casing agents. Finished cigars pass draw-testing machines and senior quality-control inspection, with a rejection rate of approximately 10–15%.
