Each cigar is Totalmente a Mano — entirely handmade by torcedores using long-filler entubado or accordion-fold technique — with tobacco undergoing natural fermentation in pilones before blending. The aluminum tube format is the defining practical feature here: hermetically sealed, it arrests humidity fluctuation during transit and storage, making the Regata the format of choice for travel or gifting where a cedar box is impractical.
