Riesling Trocken Deutscher Qualitatswein

The Dr.Bürklin-Wolf Riesling trocken is our basic wine, a cuvée from Rieslinglagen in Wachenheim, Deidesheim and Ruppertsberg.

Classification

Based on the Royal Bavarian Site Classification of 1828, we have created a quality pyramid for our wines and locations, which is based on the Burgundian principle. GC and PC Rieslings come from the most valuable vineyard sites. One step below are the local giants, the Gutsriesling forms the basis of the quality pyramids.

Biodynamic

Since 2005, we have been managing our vineyards biologically and dynamically.

Characteristics

Fresh, elegant nose with apple and lime with light floral notes. Juicy acid, fine minerality, slim, lively and uncomplicated.
