Les Moulins Saumur Blanc

Superb quality through and through with a fantastic combination of Chablis-like acidity and minerality layered over the richer chenin blanc fruit. The richer elements of the fruit really bring this to life and lift this way beyond the standard Saumur of the same vintage, with floral notes and apple with a touch of wax. No fat or flab on this - excellent.
