This wine is made from the centuries-old traditions. Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness typical of white wine. Wine is a very pure character, aromatic and very well balanced. Pale yellow in color, bright and clear, very aromatic, with a hint of green plants, fruit, melon and minerality. The taste is fresh, crisp and direct. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 degrees. Ideally suited as an aperitif, dishes with fish dishes, seafood or white meat dishes.
