(Rolland Collection) Chateau La Grande Clotte

   Previous white recently created in Saint-Emilion, the first vintage was produced in 1999. The harvest is manual with double sorting. The wine is made in the facilities of Château Bon Pasteur in Pomerol. Fermentation and aging are conducted in new oak barrels with lees stirring. The wine is bottled without filtration.

   This wine is characterized by a beautiful golden color and a complex nose that may be hints of citrus, white flowers, ripe fruit and toast. On the palate, harmonious and elegant, the wine is distinguished by its fleshy roundness.

   The annual production is about 5,000 bottles. Marketing is done directly through the family company "Rolland Collection".
