Tokay Pinot Gris

On the nose, flowery with orange blossom and white peach. On the palate, medium to full-bodied and delicate in texture with notes of citrus and pear. Powerful and round wine with complex flavors. This particular Pinot Gris is elegant and fresh with a persistent finish.

Pair with a simply roasted chicken, choucroute Alsacienne with pork and sausages or poached trout in court bouillon. It also goes well with medium-spicy Asian dishes.
