Pinot Blanc

This Pinot Blanc, with its extremely flowery and aromatic nose, offers both elegance and intensity. Relatively supple in mouth, its lingers on a long finish and displays a well-balanced structure. Medium-dry, this wine can be appreciated equally alone (as aperitif) as with food.

It’s “middle path” attitude where acidity is well balanced by the body, makes it a perfect stand-alone wine for aperitif. Yet, it goes well also with fish of course, but also pasta, rice, non-vinegarish salads, and hamburgers.
