Volratz 1573 Riesling

The “Volratz 1573” is a refreshing, dry Rheingau Riesling with a crisp and mineral character showing fruits of apricots and peaches.

Vinification:

The long and gentle fermentation takes place at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine under-goes malolactic fermentation to balance the acidity. The 8.8 g/l of residual sugar is in perfect harmony with the acidity of 8.2 g/l, and creates a round and well balanced Qualitätswein with 12.0% ABV.
