Semillon "Old Winery"

It’s ironic that Tyrrell’s have a label called old winery, as that’s how you’d have to describe them seeing as they have been operating for over 150 years. Here they turn their hand to a variety they know a few things about and the hero grape of the Hunter region. Pale with floral and citrus aromas before intense lemon and lime combine to create a refreshing plate that’s balanced with crisp acids. It drinks well on its own or with the freshest of oysters with lemon and pepper.
