Waltraud is made with the best harvests of Riesling, which is one of the most highly prized aromatic varieties - and rightly so given that it is capable of producing such an elegantly sublime and magnificently fruity wine as this.

Serving suggestions :

Perfect with oysters, shellfish, fish, rice and pasta dishes with seafood sauce. Serve at 10-12ºC.

Tasting Notes :

Voluptuous aroma of orange blossom and jasmine with fresh fruit notes (quince and pineapple) and Mediterranean forest over a background of honey and fennel. The palate is full and silky, with an elegant balance between acidity and sugar; it also allows appreciation of the noble character of late harvests.
