Pommery is one of the top Champagne houses, producing over 500,000 cases of Champagne a year. Located right in the town of Reims, it is certainly one of the most beautiful champagne wine estates to visit with ancient Roman caves, art nouveau tasting rooms and a never-ending magnificent staircase down into the chalk caves.

On the eye: Is important to start by looking at the beauty of this wine, which opens itself up with a nice pale yellow colour and a stunning effect, which attracts the eye and captures it.

On the nose: In a first nose we perceive notes of dry figs, dried almonds. Then with a second nose, we find touches of almond paste, millefeuille, marshmallow and honey.

On the palate: On the palate this announced softness takes shape and provides the wine with its generosity and volume. you will be surprised to discover notes of rather ripe mangoes, but also bitter orange jam associated with flavours of white vermouth, through its fresh and spicy side.
