Saumur Rouge

Fresh, cherry fruit on the nose, with hints of blackberry, and wild black hedgerow fruits. It has suppleness and a savoury character in its favour on the palate, some rather wild and interesting fruits, ripe and showing nice concentration, textured yet fresh. Good energy here. This is impressive for a domaine cuv?e, but this is a very good vintage overall.
