The red Bitter syrup is a non alcoholic alternative to the familiar Italian Bitter-Aperitifs. Giffards syrup has a red colour and a bitter, slightly sweet flavour of gentian and bitter orange. Use this syrup for cocktails, non alcoholic aperitifs, lemonades and sparkling water.
