Pure Vodka (700 ml)

In a cocktail shaker, crush finely diced watermelon flesh with a muddler of the back of a bar-spoon, trying to extract as much juice as possible. Add spirits and simple syrup, and shake hard for several seconds. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
