Honey Liqueur (500 ml)

The Liqueur is a blend of our 1st Night Manuka Honey Wine, premium pure New Zealand Manuka Honey sourced from the beautiful East coast regions of the North Island, French Brandy imported from France and 23 carat gold flake. The ingredients are blended and infused together using modern winemaking techniques to create Ambrosia (Nectar of the gods)

 

Characteristics

The Nose is dominated by Honey with hints of Orange and aniseed. In the mouth the Ambrosia is superbly rounded with the Honey and aniseed flavours dancing over the taste buds of the tongue. While drinking the feeling is that of liquid honey smoothly pouring down your throat providing a warming glow all over your body.

 

Cellaring

First Knight Ambrosia Honey Liqueur will cellar very well for many years and develop more body and complexity as it ages. It will also keep very well once opened so long as stored away from light. There is no shelf life with this product.
