Bols Peppermint Green is produced at the Lucas Bols Distillery at 31 Pijlsteeg, Amsterdam, where botanical esprits and tinctures are blended with Eau Divine — a 20% ABV sugar solution — neutral grain alcohol, and purified water, then left to marry until approved by the Master Distiller. The result is a liqueur that sits in the 17–24% ABV range typical of the Bols range, bottled without cask aging. What distinguishes this expression within the category is its lineage: the same copper pot still infrastructure — three Ulrichkothe stills of 100 L, 200 L, and 500 L — used to produce the world's oldest continuously operating distilled spirit also underpins the botanical distillates in this liqueur.
