Hendrick's Flora Gin (700 ml)

Hendrick's releases its Flora Gins as limited, Master Distiller Lesley Gracie-led explorations of a single floral register — Flora Ling focused on heather and Scottish wildflowers, while Flora centres on elderflower and rose, pushing those two signature Hendrick's botanicals to the foreground rather than treating them as background grace notes.

Produced at the Girvan distillery complex in Ayrshire, on Scotland's southwest coast, where the mild Gulf Stream climate and coastal air have shaped Hendrick's house style since 1999. The distillery's unusual dual-still setup — a Bennett still and a Carter-Head still — is retained here, with the lighter, more aromatic Carter-Head vapour-infusion doing the heavy lifting for the floral lift.

What separates Flora from the core expression is the inclusion of butterfly pea flower, which gives the gin a natural blue-violet hue that shifts to pink-purple on contact with acidic mixers — a visual effect with zero artificial colouring. Botanical maceration is adjusted to amplify elderflower and rose while keeping juniper present but subordinate.

Bottled at 43.4% ABV, non-chill-filtered to preserve botanical oils. A seasonal, small-batch release not available year-round.
