Siderit Hibiscus London Dry Gin (700 ml)

The Siderit distillery was founded in 2012 in Cantabria in northern Spain, by David Martínez and Rubén Leivas. The pair began in an 80-square-meter warehouse, producing 6,000 bottles a year. Now, they have moved to a site 10 times larger producing 250,000 bottles a year. The distillery uses a rather unique method, distilling in fractional glass flasks!
