Dry Gin 28 "Targerine" (500 ml)

Based on the original Filliers Dry Gin 28 recipe, this seasonal edition has been created by Master Distiller Pedro Saez Del Burgo using the finest tangerines from Valencia, harvested exclusively between November and January.

This limited edition, small batch, copper pot-distilled gin is produced at the Filliers distillery, where top quality genever and other spirits have been created under the watchful eye of 5 generations of the Filliers family for well over a century.

Nose: Tangerine and orange notes are immediately apparent amongst the juniper, mixed peels and spices.

Palate: A harmonious smorgasbord of botanicals including refreshing fruit (yep, there's tangerine in there) and cardamom.

Finish: Crisp, drying and altogether satisfying.

Overall: Bright and beautiful, big and bold. Brilliant!
